The Melbourne Conservatorium of Music is pleased to present the inaugural MCM Honour Band, an invitational performance experience for talented young musicians aged 15–22.
Taking place from 14–16 August 2026 at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music and Melbourne Recital Centre, this intensive three-day program will provide participants with an immersive experience in high-level wind ensemble performance, rehearsal, and collaboration.
Participants will rehearse alongside Melbourne Conservatorium faculty and student leaders, observe the Wind Symphony dress rehearsal, engage in professional development activities, and prepare a featured performance at Melbourne Recital Centre.
