Please note not all events will provide Auslan interpreted services. Dates and times of Auslan interpreted performances can be found on the specific event ticketing page.

The Faculty of Fine Arts and Music accepts Companion Cards for all our paid ticketed performances and events. If you have a valid Companion Card, please book your ticket and contact fineartsmusic-tickets@unimelb.edu.au with your order details to reserve a second ticket for your companion at no additional cost.

Content Warnings for an event or performance are displayed on the individual ticketing page for the event as well as at the venue. The Faculty of Fine Arts and Music is committed to providing content warnings with as much notice as possible, but due to the nature of some performances, which can change over the course of rehearsals, content warnings may only be finalised and displayed closer to the performance date. If this is the case, attendees will be notified via email once the content warnings for the performance are confirmed, and full refunds will be granted to attendees who may no longer wish to attend.

Guide dogs, assistance animals and guide dogs in training are welcome at all times and in all our venues. A water bowl can be provided as needed.

Unfortunately, hearing loop systems are not operational at our venues at this time.

The Melbourne Conservatorium of Music Melba Hall Lunch Hour Concert Series and Hanson Dyer Hall Concert Series are livestreamed and freely available to watch on-demand via the Conservatorium Streamed Concerts page . Registration is not required to view these concerts online.

To find information on whether other Faculty events are available to attend online, please view the specific event page or contact fineartsmusic-er@unimelb.edu.au.

Online social scripts are available for select performances and events. A social script will usually include very specific and illustrated information about what attendees can expect when visiting a place or event – such as how they’ll travel to a place, what it will look like, who will engage with them, what activities will occur, and what they can do if they feel overwhelmed. A link to view an event’s social script is provided on the specific event ticketing page.

The Faculty of Fine Arts and Music is committed to providing an event’s social script with as much notice as possible however, due to the nature of some performances, social scripts may only be finalised and shared closer to the performance date. If this is the case, attendees will be notified via email once the social script is available and full refunds will be granted to attendees who no longer wish to attend the performance.

While many of the events at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music are free, there are a few events where attendees will need to purchase their ticket. To be eligible for Concession prices, you must hold a valid Australian issued concession card such as a Student ID, Government Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.
