Opened in 2019, our new Southbank Library brings together the Louise Hanson-Dyer Music Library and the Lenton Parr Music, Visual and Performing Arts to create the largest library of its type in Australia.

A rich resource for students and researchers alike, the new library provides up-to-date digital and physical facilities to support the Faculty’s extensive collections of books, music scores, journals and media, as well as special and rare collections.

Designed by Lyons Architecture, the complex also has a focus on creating social and collaborative spaces for staff and students.
