In October 2021, more than 40 short films by the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) Film and Television Graduating Class of 2020 were released on MIFF Play, the digital platform of the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF), as part of an ongoing partnership between MIFF and University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Fine Arts and Music.

This exciting and diverse program, featuring an impressive selection of work from the next generation of Australian film-makers, was showcased over two weeks in a special out-of-season presentation on MIFF’s online platform following an online launch event on Monday 27 September.

Works from our 2021 Film and Television graduating cohort will be released in early 2022.
